TERMS

All our bags are readily available in our warehouse in Doha, unless they are sold out. After receiving the order, we package it and send it out on the next working day.


SHIPPING AND PAYMENT


Our customers in Qatar can choose to pay via credit card or cash on delivery and will receive their order the next working day, unless any unplanned event has caused a delay.

We offer international shipping to UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait. We ship via DHL so that you receive your order in 2-3 working days after we have fulfilled it from our side. You can only purchase via VISA or Mastercard.

International shipment to Gulf countries listed above is charged a flat rate. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. mahafarys is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Orders within Qatar have free delivery!

 


Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy


In case a damaged good has reached you, please inform us within 2 days and we will offer a replacement as soon as possible. We cannot offer exchange 2 days after you have received it, or if it was damaged during use.

To cancel an order, please inform us before it has left our warehouse. We cannot offer cancellation once the order has been fulfilled and handed over to DHL.

It should be noted that the packaging box is delicate and may have been flawed during delivery, which we unfortunately cannot rectify. However, the product inside should come to you free of any defects, and that is our responsibility.
